Homemade Hemp Milk

A delicious and nutritious milk alternative that will take you only 2 minutes to prepare.

- 1 cup hemp seeds a.k.a. "hearts"
- 5 cups filtered water
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Add hemp seeds, water, and salt to a high powered blender.
Blend on high for about 1 minute. Enjoy now, or pour into a storage jar to refrigerate.
FLAVOR VARIATIONS FOR HOMEMADE HEMP MILK
To sweeten your hemp milk, add maple syrup or a couple of dates before blending.
To make strawberry hemp milk, add 1/2 cup strawberries and 2 tablespoons (or more to taste) of maple syrup.
For chocolate hemp milk, add 3-4 tablespoons cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons (or more to taste) maple syrup.
To make vanilla hemp milk, add 1.5 teaspoon vanilla (or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder) and 2 tablespoons (or more to taste) maple syrup.
