Ingredients

cup
of tiger nuts that have been soaked overnight and drained
4
cups
almost boiling water
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1/4
teaspoon
sea salt
Ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add your drained soaked nuts to your Vitamix or other high powered blender.
Add the hot water to your blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes, or until smooth.
Pour this mixture through cheesecloth into a bowl.
Make a bag with the cheesecloth to squeeze out the extra liquid with your hands.
Add your salt and maple syrup and mix.
This drink is traditionally served cold and/or over ice.
This should keep for about a week in your fridge.
