Probiotic Tartar Sauce

A delicious twist on a favorite condiment. Probiotic-filled tartar sauce with dill.
Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • One cup of lacto-fermented mayo or other high quality mayo
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped lacto-fermented pickles
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice ACV, or Kombucha
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh dill or 3/4 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste. Enjoy!
